SUMMARY:Speaker Meeting with District Governor Butler Cain\, PhD
DESCRIPTION:Some background on our speaker:\nButler Cain is a Professor of Mass Communication at the University of North Alabama. He received a Ph.D. in Communication and Information Sciences from the University of Alabama and has master’s degrees in International Policy Management and Journalism.\nButler is a member of the Rotary Club of Florence. He represented Rotary District 6860 as a member of the 2008 Group Study Exchange team to the Czech Republic and Slovakia. He joined the Rotary Club of Tuscaloosa later that year. When he moved to Texas\, he joined the Rotary Club of Canyon\, serving as president during the 2011-2012 Rotary year. He was also an Assistant Governor in Rotary District 5730 before returning to Alabama.\nSocial time begins at 5:45pm and the meeting starts at 6:00 pm.
